The Administration menu is where an administrator tailors L8MS to your company — your branding, your users, and the standard text and options that assessors pick from while working.
Customisations
- Company Information — address, report font, logo, report template, MFA settings.
- Allocation of Responsibilities — reusable AOR templates.
- Control Measures — the control-scheme option library.
- Report Settings — custom report layouts.
- Surveys — the survey templates and which companies use them.
Tools
- Interrogation — search across assessments and export the results.
Standards
- Assessor / Client / Site Information — reusable records that populate the “Recent” pickers in the Create wizard.
- Assets and Systems — the drop-down option lists used when recording assets and systems.
- Standard Text — reusable blocks of report wording.
Company vs. L8MS standardMost libraries let you add an item for your company only, or (L8MS staff only) an L8MS Standard item shared by everyone. A company can opt out of L8MS standards entirely in Company Information.
