How to work company nonconformities

Corrective Actions › Nonconformities is the cross-site version of the site list — every open nonconformity in the companies you manage.

Steps

1. Use Filter Non-conformity List to scope by company, group, site, type and status.

   

2. Add Comments and update status on a row, the same way as the site list.

3. Confirm test retirement — where a “missed” or “no access” nonconformity exists because a test genuinely no longer applies (asset removed, outlet capped), you can retire that test so it stops generating nonconformities. Use this carefully — a retired test is no longer monitored.
