How to turn due tasks into service visits

Works Schedule › Job List is the working screen for getting scheduled work out to engineers. It lists the jobs (scheduled tasks) that fall in a date range across every site you manage.

Find the work

1. Set the date range at the top.

2. Use Options to control what shows:

   • Show Outstanding vs Show Sent — jobs not yet issued, or ones already sent to an engineer.
   • Show / Hide Daily / Weekly Task — keep high-frequency tasks out of the way when planning bigger visits.
   • Print List — export the current view.

   

Create a visit

1. Tick the jobs to group together (they should be for the same site), then click Selected Tasks.

2. On the Planned Visit tab set the Visit Type and the start / finish.

3. On the Engineers tab choose who is doing it.

4. On Create, confirm — BRS creates the service visit and, if set, sends it to the engineer.
