How to record site systems

Customise Site › Systems is the list of water systems on the site — for example the mains cold water supply, a stored hot water system, a heating circuit. Recording them gives the report its system schedule and lets assets and tests be tied back to a system.

Add a system

1. Open Systems and click Add New (the +).

   

2. Fill in:

   • System No. — your reference number.
   • System Ref — the short code. Use the list button for the standard codes (MCWS, CWS, HWS, LTHW, Chilled…).
   • System Type — the plain description; the list button offers the standard wording.
   • Location, Describe Access, Systems Served, Comments — free text.

3. Click Save to return to the list.

Edit, delete, extract

1. Use the pencil on a card to edit a system, or the bin to delete one.

2. Extract (the print icon) downloads the system list to a spreadsheet.
