Customise Site › Run Site Planner takes every active task on the site and works out the individual dated visits for the schedule period — respecting each task's frequency, allowed days, blocked months and working window.
Steps
Open Run Site Planner.

Click Run Site Planner and wait for it to finish. The new schedule then shows on the 52-week site planner.
Clear Site Planner removes the generated plan without rebuilding it.
This replaces the existing plan and cannot be undoneRunning the planner discards the current generated schedule for the site and builds a fresh one. Any manual date changes made on the planner are lost. Completed visits and recorded results are not affected.
Smaller changesTo adjust one task without rebuilding the whole schedule, use Alter Tasks.
